I am a Fitness and Nutrition Coach, and owner of both Neil Elbourne Fitness and Nutrition Coachingand Dietary Coach, with a wealth of experience and background in both Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition Coaching. I have been personal training for a number of years specialising in weight/fat loss, strength and muscle gain.
I have also been the National Strength and Conditioning Coach for Cricket Scotland, coached at Boroughmuir Rugby and Scottish Rugby where I coached Scotland Women and National Age Grade respectively, and was Lead S&C Coach on West Lothian’s Excellence in School Sport Programme.
My educational background includes HND Sports Therapy, 1st class BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strength and Conditioning.
In terms of fitness training I hold the UKSCA level 2 in Weightlifting, Training For Warriors Level 1 and Level 2 instructor and British Weightlifting Assistant Coach Level 1 awards.
I am a certified Nutrition Coach with both Precision Nutrition and Exceed Nutrition, and also hold the Level 5 Professional Nutritional Therapist Diploma.
